Pubert will always be remembered as a revolutionist, a racist, a spammer. He consantly tested the CB mods, for whatever stress he could find. He always pestered members, but got a fairly good understanding of them.
Whether people loved or hated him, he will always be remembered. He often made people laugh with his pointless, and often racist posts. A fine resemblance to "Jason" Although not as Homosexual,young,stupid or "wankster" he was the Black, cool version of Jason. He sends regards out to anyone to who supported him. PS- He says,"I'M WINTERNIGHTS2, BITCH."

If you actually talked to him then I think you would agree with members like Me, Brie, and Elba when we say he is humorous and not a bad person. Since when has CreateBlog started to suspend members without giving a REASON to the suspension? I think an average CreateBlog member will agree with me that 20 days is too lengthy for a few spam topics and the occasional offensive comment. Yula was a nice person in my oppinion. Im pretty sure that if you have seen his post you would get the impression he was pure ignorant and a dumbass but if you chatted with this kid you will come to see and learn how itelligent and intellectual he really is.

Number one, I'm not sure why people are saying "if you'd only know him" in defense of him being suspended. It's not like he didn't want to be suspended. Goodness, he acted as if he thinks it's cool to be suspended and wanted it real bad. At least, that's the impression I got.
 Number two, nothing is intelligent in hurting someone who's already hurting from deaths in the family. Nothing. I don't mind the racist comments much, nor do I mind the continuous use of foul language, but saying something so inconsiderate... was the last draw. Just my opinion, too. |

He has been warned many times in the past but his behavior never improved. What can we do but make the punishment harsher? You got a better idea? That's how the legal system works actually. If someone hurt another person they go to jail for certain time. If they hurt another person a second time, they go to jail for a longer period of time. That's life. Who did a lot worse? 1) he plagerized more than 20 times in writing. you know, if he jocked someones gfx in digital art, he would probably have been banned. 2) he spams way more than winternights2 and has way more closed topics 3) he bashes everyone, example? member photos 4) racist jokes, anyone? 5) & more krnkiddo... 1) same as jason besides the plagerizing thing... i dont think either member was suspended for more than 20 days at once.. if im wrong then sorry |

I suspended Jason for about... 10-15 days. If he continues, I'll suspend him again. Same with KrnKid. I suspended and put him on 'probation' for a while, too. Don't think that either one got away with anything, please. I would have suggested 15 days for WinterNights as well, but since he wanted to get in trouble so bad, I actually thought he'd appreciate the "infamy" of being suspended for 20 days. I mean, he has his own thread and his own petition. It's what he wants. I did tell him that he'll be punished, I guess he didn't want take me seriously.

I really do enjoy chatting with Pubert, I confess. He's funny, he's kind, and smarter than he thinks.
As for his board posts, it's as if he's a completely different person and I guess thats because he's just playing around and trying to offend people, which I admit, at times he's been extremely harsh, especially with that comment in Justin's thread which by the way it appears that we have a misunderstanding there. For what it's worth, when I was closing his topics and laughing at him, I hadn't even yet noticed his rude comments towards Justin and his tragedy. If I had read them before, I wouldn't have handled him the way I had and would have been more harsh. But I guess my friendship with him blinded me from the severity of the situation. I apologize. But despite that, I just can't bring myself to dislike him because I really did get to know the real Pubert and that he really is a nice, funny, intelligent guy. I'm not sure why he fronts on the boards, but sorry, I enjoy chatting with him. I think he's cool. If he can stop spamming and being an a-hole on the boards, then I can bring myself to like him even more. |

I think 20 days was fair. Some of his posts... well, a lot of them, are uncalled for and way out of line. But yeah, aside from that, talking to him one on one, you realize he isn't really like that. As Roxanne said, he just puts up a front. It's not an excuse for his behavior, that's true, but it is reason enough for me to see past it... i guess? If that makes any sense. But yeah, aside from his rude posts, he's a cool, funny guy to talk to in the chat or in an IM conversation. He's cool to make fun of too :]
