how well do your friends give advice? |

ehh, my friends give pretty crappy advice i think. its not really even advice, whenever im sad/mad/depressed, they just try saying something to change the topic. and whenever i talk about a guy, they just get annoyed and tell me to shut up. well they dont really tell me, but i know theyre thinking it

when i first read the topic, i thought it said how do u give advice...
anyways.. i give advice on whatever my friends need advice on..And they do the same for me.. if your friends dont give u good advice, ill be happy to help u on whatever u need...but i dont really know u that well...

Well, I have this one friend that's amazing with advice. 10 minutes talking to her, and I suddenly feel so much better. She's the best

I am not the best advice giver myself on certain situations and my friends are the same at times. But we are always there for each other no matter what.

two of my friends: free psychologists in a way. they give the best advice and i <3 them for it.

I agree with you ichiban, pretty much all my friends are crappy advice-givers. I actually find my guy friends better at giving advice.

I think I'm the advice-giver out of my friends. That's at least what I think because they seem to feel better when they talk to me. (Trying not to brag
 ) Like someone else I don't really need advice I usually just need to get stuff off of my chest. My friends are pretty good at making me feel better, but not really for advice giving. (< this isn't exactly the best winking face...)

blah i suck at giving advice. i dont think i give any O_O. i only help my friends out on hw. =\ most of the time its freinds giving me advice =)

depends on the friend. i have some that give decent advice, but there's no one spectacular. they listen well, they just don't do much advice. *shrug* meh

I know what you mean, seriously.
I give all the advice to my friends, so when i need advice from them they just go "Sorry, i don't know what to say" Its really frustrating... and there isnt really much you do abt it, find someone that will give you good advice, or just someone you can talk to.. even try and tell your friends.. and if they're really good friends they'll try and help more. I found someone that i cld tlk to... but i also learnt to manage any problems on my own so im not dependent on anyone else. |

generally speaking, I give the advice. I guess my friends think I'm good at that or something. I have a few friends that I call if I need advice, or need to vent, or whatever. When I do call them, they are quite good at it. ^.^

lol i def don't go to any of my friends for advice anymore. well, i go to my friend grace...i trust her. And i go to my boyfriend jeremy. but besides that, i don't go to many people for advice. lol it's all about the trust thing

I'm the one giving my friends good advice. When I'm sad/ or have a problem they just ask me what's wrong. And I tell them and they all go " Ohh..okay!" And they leave me alone.
My boyfriend gives out really good advice though. So I go him. |

Uhh.. My friends don't care enough about me to offer advice. But that's partially because I don't trust them enough to tell them personal things. There was someone that I became pretty close with and she shared her problems with me. She told me that I would be really good child psychologist and that I was the only person that could understand her and give her good advice. Too bad I hate her now.
 Your friends don't sound like great friends to me. If they aren't considerate enough to listen to what you have to say or at least talk to you about your things. |
