Not at all. Abercrombie and Hollister are trendy labels marketed to teens. The look is vintage and worn down and the quality of clothing is extremely poor.

Lacoste, on the other hand, is the true definition of preppy and casual class.

I have 7 Lacoste polos. cool.gif

Wrong about yet something else, Jason. (Since when was a polo shirt classified as 'hiphop wear'?)

Lacoste has been around well before hiphop was even discovered. The look is intentionally upscale and preppy.

With hiphop becoming preppy, what isn't hiphop wear? Kanye West wears J. Crew and Louis Vuitton backpacks (props to him). Usher wears blazers with jeans (props to him) and Slum Village are some sharp dressin' brothas. Point is, you can wear virtually anything that looks good and make it hiphop. I guarantee if the next Kanye Vide featured John Legend wearing Abercrombie with a pair of AF1s, it'd be the next big thing.

Still don't believe me? Thats cool. Go here and shut up http://www.lacoste.com/usa/

The stuff there isn't anything really special, there are just polos and slacks and other preppy wear. You can find that in a lot of stores. The only thing that's different at Lacoste is that it has a little alligator on the stuff....

My dad has polos and slacks from there. And a jacket maybe.

Haha are you serious?! I see tons of black people and wiggers wearing lacoste. Of course i do see the preppy rich kids wearing them. I personally think the clothing line is stupid. I generally don't like Polos or collared shirts. But I have this one ecko Polo i really like. And guess why I like it? Haha.
