this person is using my pic as her profile pic. She is not the only one who has done this. It really pisses me off. If you want to use my pics you should at least ASK First and maybe i will say yes. But just taking my pics like that is so f*cked up. its like..GET YOUR OWN LIFE. So, has this kinda thing happened to you? |

Thats just pathetic...This has never happened to me, at least I dont think it ever has but I know I alot of people whose pics has been used by someone else without their permission.

Yes. That happened to me before. He used my picture as his "profile picture." And acted like having a decent blog like mines. So I reported him to the xanga staff. They shur his xanga down.

But look on the brightside, someone thought claudia was so gorgeous, that they just HAD to use ur pix as their profile pix. lol, stupid i know. but yah. Doesn't justify it though. I was pissed when someone stole my xanga entry, but if someone stole my pix too, that's just equally dumb, lol. Tell them to take it down. :)

Anyways, no one has ever done that with my pics. Not that anyone would want to look like me with my uglyness. =X People like that are seriously pathetic and need to find lives, instead of being on the computer all day, stealing other peoples' pics and claiming it as theirs.

People are too lame to be themselves.
They feel like if they don't look a certain way nobody will like them, so they take pictures &fake to be somebody else; which I find quite stupid. I mean if you wanted people to accept you for your pics/personality on the internet, why the hell don't you go out& get some real friends? That's what I don't understand. A lot of my friends' pictures have been stolen. It's annoying. Hopefully that person will take your pics off soon& realize how stupid it is to steal pictures. |

as long as you made the pict completely of your own stuff and didn't take anything off the web or anything, you can threaten to sue them (actually sue them if you want, but tht is time and money wasted in my opinion) b/c under the law anything you created is copyrighted material.... so technically you have a legal case against this person.... so threaten to sue and you might be able to scare them off of useing your pict.
