horizontal line/rule, d-d-dashed?

so i've checked the scripts and couldn't find anything. its that black line at the very bottom of all the blogs. every single post about it was how to remove it. i want it to be dashed and a certain size. any codes for it?

What? There's only the HR, which you can vertical-ize. o.O
If you're talking about classes, then yeah. These are the only ones which would work, I think. Simply add them in. The last set is diffrent styles you could use. =)
