I tried the email subscription i dont like waking up and having that many emails lol.

So I was wondering if you could make a subscription fourm, where we can select the fourms that we want to see in there, and each one is there instead of clicking seperate fourms. Say we only want the myspace help and introductions we could have a subscription fourm that shows thows in order from times postsing of course and just have that list on that one page.

LIKE THIS

-edit- Okay this has NOTHING to do with the email notification that bothers me...
to make it clear; im saying that to replace the emails to have no emails for anyone that uses cB to have it done this way in a fourm

You can subscribe to forums... oh, and you don't get any e-mails if you do subscribe to a forum, because I don't... if that's what you mean. You can choose no email notification.

So a private forum to show who you've subscribed to and their last post or whatever? Because I don't think many people even use that feature...
And doesn't it show that when you subscribe to a thread or forum? You can view it from your "My controls".

I use the email subscription feature, and I prefer getting emails when topics have replied to. If you don't like getting the emails, then why not just unsubscribe to the forum/thread? Or perhaps you can filter your emails to send all the topic reply notifications to a certain folder. Should be simple--all the emails have a standard email address and subject header.

Yes it is a private fourm, but only to view the topics. You don't think many users would use this option. Do you think that everyone here, looks at all 19 fourms that are here*
You get an email that tells you "new reply in such and such, and new topic in such and such when you subscribe to a fourm now. what can you view from your "my controls" the fourms that you have subscribed.. idk, maybe but not like the set up that i have thought out. maybe in the "my controls" section is set up just to tell you you have This this and this subscribed to. but you cant actually see the topics of the subscribed fourms from the "my controls" section

Yes I know that. I don't mind the emails. Just that when I'm online I like them, So I can get to the person asking somthing quicker. But when im asleep i dont like it.. i didnt know about the email thing. but I would also find this much easier to be able to view than an email box that you have to go into each email to see the topic details and such, it was just a thought to make things easier for myself and others that dont like having the emails. I know that I can unsubscribe to my emails i wasnt asking that.. I was just wondering if this could be a new feature that would be part of the main fourm page that you can go into to only see the topic titles of the fourms that you want to see. instead of scrolling the page and clicking back and forth though forums to see the topics in each one.

I meant I don't think people already even use the subscriptions feature that is here, not the one that you want implemented. If you don't like getting e-mails then change it here:

No, I don't know if everyone here views all 19 forums. I don't expect anyone to do so either. It's easier to actually go to that forum or thread instead of subscribing to it.
You can subscribe to either a forum or thread. Under "My controls" though, it tells you the forum you subscribed to and the last post made and in what topic. I've never subscribed to a thread so I woudn't know about that part.

no, change it to no email notification?.. what are you talking about.. this has nothing to do with the emails.. this is just a suggestion for a more organized way of looking at subscriptions.
