Aligning the Whole Layout Options

I can't seem to find a way to put the whole table in the bottom right hand corner. maybe its just my browser at the moment but the link to the site is here

yeah i tried it but it didn't work...any other suggestions?

Use nagative numbers.... And disable scrolling. I know it works.... But it won't work on Xanga because Xanga is stupid.
