happy memorial day everyone! what do you guys to do celebrate? besides the usual day off (today)
well, on friday my school had an assembly and i dont like getting up in front of people, but OF COURSE, they chose me to lay the memorial day wreath. i was shaking soooo bad i had to hold on to everything as i walked across stage. also, today were having a barbeque. i know memorial day isn't about bbq's or having off but many people just don't celebrate what its really for.. but r.i.p. all the soliders in iraq & everywhere else <3 |

I usually have a BBQ with my family but that wont happen this year because we are in two different cities. I think me and my friends may go out to eat a lil later.

I was suppose to go to Sainta Monica and hang around the promanade (sp?), but my stupid friend needed to buy her dress, even though we went to the mall THE WHOLE DAY yesterday to find a dress for her. Now im home all alone doing nothing. ): I might go and watch movies with my friend though. Hopefully.

Well today I think we're (we = my family & I) just staying home for the day. We all have a lot of house work to do, and my brothers and I have some homework to finish, ha. So it seems like it's going to be pretty busy. |

Well, normally I go to this Macedonian picnic thing, but I won't because I have too much hw to finish. Yeah.... and I'm not a big fan of Memorial Day; I'd rather do without it. |

I don't do much for Memorial Day.
We planted flowers by the graves of our relatives on Thursday, I believe, so there can't be too much happening today. My family isn't big on holidays... every holiday turns into unnecessary chaos, so we try and keep the activity down a bit. |

when i lived in diego we would have a barbeque..and up here we would go to my aunts house for a "get together" but this year my mom is gambling, my dad is golfing, my brother is sleeping and im working..woo..arent we having fun together haha

usually theres somewhere in the newspaper where they run all of the names of the people who dided serving our country. so i spend a hour or so reading all those names. even though i might forget them a second later><
at least they wouldnt have died without anyone knowing. |

well, i'm out of school so i don't have anything happen at school and USUALLY we have a big pool party with our friends and family but for the past few days, it has been really rainy and our pool is really cool. so today, we aren't doing anything!

I was invited to a Bar Mitzvah by a special friend of mine at Har Sinai, so I went there, even though I don't understand Hebrew. Also, I went to Target. I have myself a new book!

Well I got to share my birthday with memorial day.. which was cool ?
I went to the mall with my best friend, took pictures, stalked our friends who work there, bought whistles so we could blow them during the movie ( didn't work out we got stuck sitting by an old couple).. drove around the entire city, laughed our guts out in a photo booth. Basically went on an adventure.. it was fun like always except for the feeling dizzy/sick afterwards part. |
