The warning is when you break forum rules. You should ask Paul Murphy, he knows. That's why he got warned. Mods can warn you. 0% is good. When you get anything higher I think you're prohibited from doing things, but then again I wouldn't know.

if you are breaking the community guidelines or bashing members or anyone in general, than you will be warned. being warned is not a good thing. as long as you are nice and follow the rules, you won't get warned. only mods can warn you and if you do get warned, than it will say 10% or whatever. and if you are really bad, than you can get suspended or even banned...even though we have never banned anyone before.
