Blinking Boxes Help, How to get to bottom of page Options

On my xanga, I have a blinky box between the header and my entries, I want another one at the bottom, but the only thing I can think of doing is putting it in the webstats and that just gives me a fat black line. The code I'm using is:

I don't think you can have two seperate rows of blinking boxes on the same xanga.
