Price isn't a problem. I really want something REALLY REALLY good. Which ones can I get the best brushes, texts, and touch up tools from? I figured I could get some advice from it's most frequent users. Which ones would be the best for making layouts, that's what I'm saying.

Adobe Photoshop is very good and popular as well. There are tons of tutorials for it as well. Also, there is Paintshop Pro, but not many people can master it.
