has anyone ever tried it?? i really like it but it took me forever to try it because we don't have any filipino resturants in my burough(sp?) or even city. so i had to go to pensacola to get some(it's 3 hrs away) and even they had only 1 filipino resturant. but it was well worth the wait =).

i have it all the time ('cause i'm filipino). we have TONS of filipino restaurants over here, it's great. :)
my favorite kind is when it has vegetables and shrimp in it and you dip it in a special sauce (for me, it's soy sauce and vinegar with kalamanci). |

I've only tried the frozen ones in the grocery store. They weren't very good. Like...bad Chinese spring rolls. I guess I'll have to try to find a filipino restaurant and have real loompia.

it's "lumpia " ..
chea .. it's verrrrry good .. sometimes when my mom makes it .. i love to eatt tha raw lumpia wrapping .. it's yummy and addicting =] |

I thought it was lumpia.
 But I've had about 10 of them every time I go to a Phillopino house. All they do is make more for me.  They're so goood. Gotta love those Phillopino egg rolls. Aww I wish I had some now. |

Oh yes, I've tried it and I normally have it at my cousin's or relative's parties! That's because I am Filipina. Yumm, lumpia is delicious. It's especially delicious with sweet and sour sauce. Yesuumm.

Of course I have tried lumpia.
I am filipino, how can I live without it. People must be crazy to have not eaten lumpia yet, well if you're only two or three then I under stand but people usually eat lumpia. |

filipino phillipines sorry the mispelled words were nagging at me heckk yes ive eaten lumpia. its cos im filipino lol. i dont eat it no more, only if its shrimp cos im a vegetarian. shrimp lumpia is THEE BEST! lol it PWNs banana lumpia ! ^ lol. to each their own. yes im a vegetarian and i still eat fish cos i need protein and i dont want to take pills. |

well being filipino of course i've had it before
and i know how to make it. we usually have it once every 2-3 weeks or so. and there's a lot whenever we have a party or holiday gathering at our house. we make bout 500 or so everytime. it takes forever but its worth the wait. its really good.
