Well my Athe or ate (sister) she told me that in the philippines there is like a legend that when your pregnet in capreh (sp) its in the p.i (philippines) and that there are somthing like these monsters that they have like a sharp tounge and they climb on your roofs and dig in your belly when your sleeping and then eat your baby!! but then if u see then u cut their tounge and then when its in the morning u walk around and if u see a guy with no tounge then you'll know its him!! idk if this is true but its creepy!!
 And when its like a full moon or somthing like that and if u go to the mountains there is a girl there and she kills u if your a boy or somthijng like that and she will only allow a girl.. And in the philippines my friends mom's grandpa died cause of a ghost killed him Creepy creepy stuff Anyways do u believe in this? |

yeah i 've heard a GRIPP 'a stories ..
my friend told me that his little cousin [[ girl , about 4 years old ]] .. and tha girl's mom was pregnant .. and they were in a room. And the girl said " hey mommy who's that in tha mirror ? " and her mom couldn't see it .. but tha girl claimed there was someone .. or something in tha mirror .. but can't be seen in tha actual room .. and i heard about that monster about when you're pregnant .. they suck your baby or something .. |

Aswangs. Yep, they're kind of scary, but they're not true, kind of. There are many kind of Filipino ghouls, such as Tikbalang, Kapre, Multo, Manananggal, Itim na Dewende (Black Dwarf), Puting Babae (White Lady), and many more. But still, I don't believe in such things, until I see one in my naked eyes.

Those monsters are supposed to be like a cat the size of a dog, or something.
My mom told me a story similar to this that happened to my grandma. My grandma was pregnant and one day my grandpa saw an animal like a cat the size of a dog. He thought it was one of those monsters that would kill the baby. He chased after it to a creek, and it disappeared. My mom also claimed she saw the white lady. She was sleeping in her room at their house in the Philippines and she heard a noise. She thought it was her mom and called "Inay?" Her mom answered in a different room and when she looked up, she saw a lady in a white dress (the white lady). She got scared and she watched it disappear when it went through the stairs. |

i remember my friend told me about vampires? they come into your house; and they stick their tongue into your belly button. i forgot the rest though. =\
my friend was making fun of it. he says when he goes to sleep; he's putting garlic all around his bed. putting masking tape over his bellybutton&ass crack. in the morning; there's like 10 dead vampires around his bed. |

Yea its really scary. There are like lotsa stories out there. I heard one like.. on holy week. You have to close your curtains and all your windows at night because these 'aswang' come out and tap on your window or something. I also heard that there's alot of witchcraft and fortunetelling in philippines. my cousin's an actor on one of those horror series, and he tells me some scary stuff.. about seeing spirits and stuff. and now im even more scared because i hear all these stories ive never heard before. =/ |

hm, never heard of it, but I know there's lots of those crazy tales about things like that. I just asked my mom about that monster that does that and she said she heard about that.

Yeah I believe some of them. Idk I heard many stories of aswangs in the philippines but some of them don't seem real like the Manananggal.

Oh wow. No, I've never heard of it. I'm suprised because most of my friends are Phillopino. You'd think I'd hear some of these stories.

Well when i was a baby my dad went out to the kitchen to get my mum something, it was the middle of the night, pitch black and he said he said he saw a woman dressed in white, turned out it was a ghost of my great aunt supposedly, my dad was sleeping in the bedroom she died in. My mum used to go on about things she saw when she was younger that scared her to death lol

Yeah, I believe. My uncle and grandmother have that sixth sense and can feel and see ghosts. thats just scary. ><

my grama always told me stuff like that. filipinos are superstitious. believin in multo (ghost) and aswangs (witches) buh i dunno.
