Try the big book of resources and look under brushes. The swirls are common brushes, so just keep browsing utnil you find some.

^ you should of just told him to try the book of resources like the other girl lol. i mean just tell them its in webdesign at the very top and its the second big book of resources. or just pasted a link to the big book of resources.

The font is 04b_21 capitalized.
