I've tried to vector so many times but it seems to be so hard. Is there a tutorial out there where there is an easier way to vector?

Try vectoring an easy picture like shapes and stuff to practice using the pen tool and practicing your curves. Then try harder images like flowers or objects. Then, try vectoring people.

Ohh, there are lots for different styles. I started without a tutorial, but for the features that I couldn't start, I used tutorials.

http://www.yoursite.nu/tutorials.php?tut=vector is a good tutorial for people.

http://www.good-tutorials.com/track/4352 good for hair.

http://www.good-tutorials.com/track/1147 good for practicing objects (mostly getting the hang of the pen tool).

^Awesome for people!
