tables, right side disappears? Options

ok so i have a table at the very top with three boxes that you can scroll up/ down in.
for some strange odd reason, the right side of the boxes are not showing up?

can someone please tell me what is wrong with my header code?

I see all three boxes. The one on the right is the navgation, correct? Because that's what I see.

You may want to move your div codes for the scrollboxes to a little more to the left. Maybe like 2px or 3px more?
