i like the banner..nice job on that..
what you could try is making the blogs the same size though.. nice try for your first :)

Love the banner. The rest is quite default. Experiment with divs and stylesheets.

-The banner is way to narrow for the xanga. You should either lengthen the banner or shorten the xanga
-The design is kind of inconsistent. You have boxed modules with colored backgrounds but your entries aren't boxed nor colored.
-The background picture is kind of odd since its way in the corner and doesn't really flow well with the design
-Why do max width of the whole page? It makes designing a consistent layout very difficult.
-It is hard to read the text that is over the background
-Over all it is a very default feel.

the banner is well done. The picture on the background makes it hard to read the words. for a first xanga layout, its not bad. Just work on it more!

it all doesnt really match together and other than the banner th rest is kind of defaultish. nice try but it neeeds more work.

Ok.. thanks! But do you know where I can get the code for doing a boxed entry thingy?! Im new at this.. I took out the bg pic.. I changed the max thingy.. okay. is it better now?
