vector on PSP7?

can you vector on PSP7? i think thats what it's called. or what i have. HAHA i don't really know. If you can how do you do it? i don't get it. i can't can i?

i know PSP7 is old. but its somehow on my computer already.

please don't double post if not neccssary... and yes you can vectore on psp7, it's the same as all the other versions go to the tutorial for some tutorials

Ok..since i couldn`t find any in the tutorials i wrote a brief one for you..if you need anymore help PM me or something..
I`ll start with this





Open the pic in PSP 7. Go to the top toolbar and hit Effects/Noise/Edge Preserving Smooth. Set it to about 20-26.




all that dose is smooth`s out the pic making it easier to vector you should see something like this



Now go to the top hit Layers/New Adjustment Layer/Posterize set it to 8 an hit ok you should see that above.


Now hit ok



Now the pic you have will look all werid an everything but notice all the skin layers/colors are outlined

It might sound crazy but you got to fill those layers in with different tones..heres a list of the most used
