i was making a really simple layout and i dunno which banner thing to choose. what's your opinion?
 banner with the border all the way around -or-  banner without the border all the way around thanks!

ahhh. i can never get it right! when i post something in pictures they say it should go in layouts and when i post something in layouts it's supposed to go in pictures. lol i'm such a newbie...sheesh.

I'd like the bottom one better if you put a 1px black outline around the whole thing but since you didn't I like the first one. And this belongs in pictures but someone will eventually move it. ;)
