is it possible that you can do animation on photoshop elements. if you can, can anyone help me?

yes you can but only by layers
all you have to do is this .. - make one layer and make the like background part or the first part that you want to show before its animated - then whatever you want to blink or pop up make a new layer and make it or edit in in that layer - and soo on -and then once your done w/ the seperate layers go to file>save for web i dont have elements anymore but im not exactly sure about the following step: - look around the save for web portion and look for a dropdown menu or something that says "animate" choose that - then edit the time between each frame - then click save or save as w.e. - then ya your done |
