cry.gif

Well, I used to have this problem where I was too embarrised to ask my mom for bras. well, I got over that a week ago and asked her, she understood and we went shopping.

First we went to zellers, I fit one of the A girls bras alright...but it wasn't perfect. all the adult bras the cups were too big for me.

So we went to the bay and couldn't find anything, so eventually I got up the courage and asked a employee if they had any AA bras, or anything they might thing owuld fit me. So she measured me and went around finding all the AA bras they had. About 30, or maybe less, maybe more like 20, I donno, I didn't count. So I tried them all on. Same problem. The adult ones were jsut too big in the boobs...like they jsut weren't shaped right, and the kids ones were much better but there wasn't much to choose from and the ones I got to try on were either slightly too big, extremely ugly, or jsut uncomfertable. One of htem was actually defective cause one of hte straps was twisted, but the other one wasn't huh.gif . well, I didn't like that one anyway so I don't care.

We spent like 2 hours at zellers and 3 hours at the bay. nothing. I went home and jsut cried for like 5 hours. And I'm still crying...kinda on and off. i'ts horrilbe. some are jsut soo close...but there's not nearly enough selection in the kids bras! ...

...so I guess my question is...where is a good place to try? or..have oyu had this problem? sad.gif

My boobs are big enough I want bras, and jsut small enough that hardly anything fits me sad.gif

I'm 14 too dammit... cry.gif

my mom had exactly the same problem...why couldn't I inherit my boobs from ym dad's side?! stubborn.gif

hm...maybe you don't need one? Not wearing a bra is great =] I wish I could do that lol.

So wait, why can't you wear kids? Who needs an adult one if they dont fit anyhow...and maybe you don't know your size. Next time you go shopping ask an employee to measure you. They can find your perfect number and cup so easily, and help you out.

Anyway. I don't go to much beyond Vicky's. Well actually a few days ago, I got one from macy's. It fits really well _smile.gif

//edit// Just saw your new post..
So you HAVE boobs...but a double A is too big? Gosh..Idk. I still suggest getting measured. And I know Victoria Secret has bra's that are a bit for younger people, not much padding or anyhting, and they are lowcut. I don't know if there sizes range much in the AA's _unsure.gif

as I said, I did ask some one...and she was okay...but she didn't pick out the nicest bras in the world, hmmm...

...I DO want to wear kids bras, but not the ones that have lace all over them and are like see through pinch.gif and my rib cage is bigger than alto of kids bras, I'm jsut so messed up mellow.gif and the sotres I went to hardly had ANY kids bras to chose from.

I think I should have been born a boy sad.gif

EDIT

Just saw your edit, lol, and I'll try victorias...if I ever get my mom to go shopping with me again _unsure.gif the last trip was kinda a bummer. _dry.gif

I'm not the only one throb.gif

and unfortunatly I cant' go shopping today cause my mom jsut came back from a concert she watched and sh'es not up fer shopping, and tomorow I have a choir proformance (wearing our ulternative high cut costume thank god...I do have a bra for the low cut one but I hate it and ti's uncomfertable pinch.gif ) so I can't go then..I'll probably end up going on monday, but I'm gonna be more thorough looking for bras, I think asking an employee was a good thing to do, causr they find stuff way faster than I do _smile.gif

Yeah, maybe you should try sports bras. I guess you could get a custom made bra. It would probably be way too expensive, but you'd have a bra that fits you right and you'd be comfortable in(?)

I've been a 32A for the past 4 years. mellow.gif pinch.gif

... Anyways hmm.. HoodieObsessed, try strechy soft bras... not those pointy shaped ones. The shaped ones might be too big. Or you could always try push up bras, which are padded, thus when youe ar them, they're more comfortable because they feel smaller than regular bras when youe ar them, but look normal.. or well that's how mines are. I usually don't wear that many shaped bras, but ones that are soft and yea.. You know what I mean lol.

I'm pretty flat, but I'm still able to find bras. How tall are you, anyways? I guess it depends because also your chest size as well as measuring under your chest. IDK how to explain it, but there's a way in which it might not fit. Yea you should try victoria's secret. :]

haha, lol, ya, I DO wear sports bras, tha'ts what I'm wearing right now, but I need something low cut for my choir uniform, and our choir often changes in one giant room all together..so I don't want something that's god ugly. mellow.gif but I've got two weeks till my trip with my choir and I homeschool which means more tiem for shopping so I should be able to get some by then _unsure.gif I hope I hope I hope lesenza girl has something, or la senza or silk & satin. if they don't that would be a bummer. stubborn.gif

I donno, I jsut don't fit it, weird. but it could be jsut the one I tried on were like that.

a lot of people at my school wear bikini tops as bras. and theres also kinds that they sell in taiwan which are kind of like bikini tops, but are actually bras, except they tie behind your neck. think of it as 'stylish'

there's double AA? well personally i think people who are A or lower don't need to wear bras.

but thats a personal opinion. well dont stick with sports bras. i heard they make your boobs smaller or keep them from growing

yea get them to measure you and tell them you dont want lacey materials and you prefer low cut.

so they wont give you all the ugly ones

i really love la senza!

Heyy i was one of the grls with the same problem as u (can't fit into cup sizes)!!!

I just went shopping @ kohls yesterday and i still culdn't find ne. i went 2 the kids section the bras were exactly the same as those in the other kids sections in other stores. but i tried sum on neway. none of them fit. like if i raise my arms up, the cups wuld slide up n only cover half my chest, and thats exactly wut i DONT want. even the biggest one there did that, and i duno if it's cz the bras r still 2 small, or 2 big now. so i walked out the store agen with nothing and started 2 cry. i no, its like a pretty stupid reason 2 cry, but i dont c how mostly every1 else out there can find the right ones and i cant.

and 4 the ppl saying that A sized ppl dont need 2 wear a bra, its not exactly tru, we still need them. even tho our boobs r smaller, doesn't mean that they're not there. wen we run, they still bounce, if we wear a tshirt w/o a bra, the nipples'll still stick out. we dont need as much support as the bigger chested, but that doesnt mean we dont need ne support at all.

gosh, i hope that didn't sound like i was yelling or nething, i'm just feelin' sad.gif rite now. i feel so pathetic ovr not bein able 2 find a bra cry.gif

omg, that sounded like you jsut told the whole story of my life, that is EXACTLY the way I feel, I couldn't ahve said it better sad.gif

I'm going to try some more places tomorow for bras and if I find any I like I'll be sure to tell you. But just to let you know, if you don't need anything low cut I love the JoeBoxer sport bras. like they arn't really sport bras, they are like cut tanks, you know what I mean. but they work really well for me, if I didn't need something low cut I'd probably jsut buy more of those. But I donno where you live but I buy those at The Bay? I donno if tha'ts in the united states too or not, might jsut be a canadian thing, but ya...you could try that. *sigh* so complicated for us, everyone else gets it so easy sad.gif damn my stupid boobs. damn damn damn.

*

ya, lol, a llittle, although the ones I ahve DO make my boobs like like 1/8 inch bigger all the way around...lol...and it's kinda noticable, but I mean it fits my boobs...although there are some air pockets inbetween of my boob and my bra where the boob jsut isn't big enouhg, lol..but ya, it dfoes fit, and it's comfertable, and it looks good.

after all, a bra making your boob look bigger isn't exactly a bad thing is it? hehe.gif

Excuse me for probably not reading all the posts, but I think you don't really NEED to wear a bra. But sometimes it's handy when you're changing in public like for PE (at least for me). Training bras care really easy. You can even buy them at Target, Burlington Coat Factory or Walmart. Underwear isn't a big deal for me so if it's cheap and ugly, I don't really give a damn. ermm.gif As long as it fits and it's comfortable, I'm fine. I feel weird talking about bras... blink.gif

Um, just because a girl is small-chested doesn't mean that she doesn't need a bra. Many (most?) wear bras to prevent "nipplage" from showing, and that's something even the small-chested have to worry about. :P Trust me.

Anyway, happy you found something that fits you. I was going to suggest something, but then I actually decided to read more of the previous posts. :P

Edit: Whoops, just saw the last reply was like a month ago. Sorry 'bout that!

Try an A in the girls' section, because an A in the girls' section is smaller than an A in the women's section, although they should technically be the same. Try different brands too. Maidenform is good.

You may not believe me but Victoria's Secret does have small sizes. At the semi annual sale my friend found 32 AA and 32 A and bought them for like $10 each, so that was a pretty good deal for Victoria's Secret. You can check out the website, you can shop by category (on the left side) and click sizes AA-A. Yep then you can go to the store and try them on or ask someone for help. Don't worry I was just like you when I was 14, I was coined the nickname pancake _dry.gif . Good luck on your shopping trips!

Victoria's Secret. Try their AA's! 32, obviously being the smallest size they'll have.

If that still doesn't work, then hun, just stick to wearing sports bras pinch.gif cause I don't know what else to tell you.

Gah. I wish my boobs were small. I'm 13 & I almost wear a C. cry.gif
If they ever grow, you'll cry even more. They are so much trouble & it hurts like crap when you get hit. My almost 15 yr. old friend wears a 34A I think. So don't feel bad about it. She usually just goes to Wal-Mart & get the smallest ones they have. they don't fit perfect at all but they work.

there's double AA? well personally i think people who are A or lower don't need to wear bras.

but thats a personal opinion. well dont stick with sports bras. i heard they make your boobs smaller or keep them from growing

yea get them to measure you and tell them you dont want lacey materials and you prefer low cut.

so they wont give you all the ugly ones

i really love la senza!

why? if people who wear A and lower shouldnt wear bras? in my opinion, i think wearing a bra is really up to someone...IDK maybe people that are BELOW A shouldnt wear a bra...IDK im just opinionating...

Sports bras always fit comfortably. happy.gif Or you could just go to Limited Too and find the regular ones.
