anyways, i have to do this personal art project on monday, and i need to tell my teacher what i'm gonna do. and i'm currently stuck.
i'm only allowed to use water colors, graphite, color pencils, or paint. and it has to be creative. i dont know what to draw or paint. any suggestions? ![]() |

the "creative" part messes me up. im not much of an artist when it comes to drawing and painting and stuff, so excuse me if my ideas aren't too original.
1) some sort of landscape. im thinking like, maybe draw a snow-capped mountain. or a sunset/rise. 2) what about some sort of scene with people or animals? if you can think of one...im blanking out ![]() |

Paint! It's so much fun
![]() And I agree with the above, maybe a watercolor landscape or something =] Because when you mess up...it just like blends in sort of. |

something with lots of contrast.
http://www.blinkybonk.com/artartart.html goes to the high school i'm going to next year. she's a goood artist. you should take a look. i'm thinking that a landscape wouldn't really be considered creative. but you could put things that don't belong in the landscape there.. like a palm tree in alaska with a lion or something. :) |

something interesting that tells a lot about you. if all else fails, sketch a group of random items that represents you. or draw an open purse/makeup bag on its side with items pouring out-- a movie ticket stub, lipgloss, cell phone, photo booth pics, anything personal.

Okay this is what I did for my art class and I got a suprisingly good grade on it. Trace your hand in all different directions. Havr your hand slanted, and trace it. Normal, trace it. Do that for two minutes. At the end of two minutes, stop. When you see what you've done, you should notice that in the hands that you drew are overlapping each other. Color the overlapping stuff. It's like a hand mosiac!

Paint.
You should like draw a girl in a corner. Then take red paint, and splatter it all around the poster like blood! It would be fun and interesting. Haha. |
