tears of rain, <<no real title Options

ok i have 2 little things here, theyre not that good but yeah uh. they are about the same thing but from different points. uh if you like i'll explain them too.

she gets in the car to better her future
not knowing what this day is about to bring
touching her stomach and smiling as she drives off
she arrives at her destination and looks around
finally saying "i'll try that one"
but as she pulls out onto that fine stretch of road
it all goes wrong
there is a crash and woosh of loud noises
suddenly she is filled with pain
her legs hurt, but yet not so bad.. almost nothing at all
she feels people lifting her up onto some kind of stretcher
then a siren and she falls
on a table as people around her say "i dont think she'll make it"
all she can think of is her baby, her precious baby
theyre trying to save her, trying
they say he was racing
and then she was there
killing the baby on impact
but shes still here
when they forget to make sure it drains
she passes too
leaving behind tears of rain

i remember that day, when the phone rang
it was my uncle telling my mom bad news
of how there sister was in a wreck
but it seemed she would be alright
shocked, she hung up the phone
"not again, not like this" she said
she had been 8 months pregant
but now the baby was dead
she went to her room and closed the door
all the while thinking she would be ok
but then hours later when it rang again
it was not the news she wanted
her sister was dead
all the time i sat with my brother in our room
knowing something bad had happen when i heard
..heard her scream aloud no
the tears came even though i didnt understand
i heard her throwing up and crying
and it made me sad
after a while they came and told us
but i already knew.

I like how the stanzas were from two different points of view. I just don't understand these lines:

its kinda 2 different poems i think, but im not sure.. it could be one though. thanks for the comments. maybe i should explain it.

i wrote this about my aunt. she was pregnant with my cousin at the time (8 months). they needed a bigger family car because she already had one daughter. so she went out to test drive a car. when she pulled out of the dealership this guy hit her. he was racing and was going really fast, not sure how fast but it was fast. the baby died on impact but she was still alive. she had like broken legs and such. we thought she was going to be ok, but they forgot to drain the fluids from the baby and it ended up killing her.

this happen about 2 years ago, and i just decided to write about it. sad thing is my moms other sister died in a car accident like 10 years earlier. so yeah i lost 2 aunts to something dealing with cars.
