first of all someone cant be "gay" if they take something of yours away. Get over it, maybe they will give it back.

Your parents aren't gay...they are straight...at least, i hope.

Maybe you've been stubborn and probably deserved it. What did you do, call them gay?

I think what she's trying to say is that she's using "gay" in a sense where someone did something against someone's will. Or did something bad.

Parent: "I'm going to take your keyboard away now!"

You: "That's so damn gay"

lmao I think that's the sense she's using it...

I'm confused.

Anyway if that's the case then just wait it out you'll get it back and everything will be nice and straight again ^_^

my mom once took all my shoes that were lying around the house and wouldn't give them back for two weeks. i don't think it was really "gay", cause it was my fault..but it was still mean. even though i had more shoes in my closet

my parent's did take my phone away once... cry.gif but i got mad and didn't eat or talk to them, so they eventually gave it back happy.gif

my psychology teacher unscrewed the doors from her son's room and took EVERY bit of furniture and item in his room so he'll learn not to keep the door locked and oben his parents.

that's hardcore.

yes; my parents think its the best way of "controlling" me. but it makes me rebel more...mad.gif they also think hitting/pinching/slapping me is a great way to be a parent. hmph.

theyve taken.....
my ipod, my palmpilot (a long time ago), my cell phone, my computer priveleges, my internet modem, my computer power cable, about 10 books that i used to read all the time, jewelry, and a lot of other things....too many to really list.

okay its not necessarily GAY, but its annoying tongue.gif

First of all your parents aren't being "gay" Unless You're mother is Melissa Etheridge. If she is I'm sorry, but if she isn't you're using the word in a negative connotation. That can hurt people.

My parents have done that before, but I always deserved it.

What the hell, you shouldn't use a word like that, you could easily offend some people (I, being one of them) Some kids and their slang...

I think the word you're looking for is unreasonable and yes, everyone will have their moment with an unreasonable parent. (I have them all the time...)

1. since you have your keyboard, could you learn how to type?
2. please don't use the word 'gay' out of context. it's disrespectful and it's annoying.

no my parents don't do things like this to me.

Lol, well my parents aren't.."gay" persay. But however, one of my friend's parents, took away their cellphone priviledges. The "gay" part, was that people could still call in, but she couldn't call anyone from the phone.
