umm its way to defaultish
add more color to the text fonts and stuff especially the links there is way to much going on the boxes the glitter text the floating words the text on top thats wayy too much lower it abit nice try but work on it a bit more |

i suggest making the top (the clower part) a banner... and make the blog a little less busy. I like the idea!

Wow, it's really.. busy.. I wouldn't call it simple. I don't like the blinkie boxes or the repeated background and it seems kinda cluttered. Try to focus on one thing because there's just too much goin' on. The font is kinda defaultish too. For instance, if you wanted to focus on the butterflies I'd suggest just putting only the butterflies and maybe a small corner background and some font to match. I dunno... nice try though!
