Hey guys! Im new to making layouts, and i have TONS of great pictures to use, but I have 2 questions.

1.) How do you change the font? I have PSP 9, and I dont like the 20 or so fonts they supply you with at the top. What do I do?

2.) Also, I tried to get an image hosted at Imageshack.us, and it worked, but when I uploaded my skin to my Xanga, the image was the size of an avatar at the top, with the dimensions written underneath. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks!

For the first question, you could go to http://dafont.com and download some original fonts that you could use or you could go here for a list of common fonts and download some there.

For your second question you're probably putting the thumbnail code that they provide up there. What you need to do is copy the 'direct link' URL (the very last one after you upload your picture) and put it into this code
CODE
<img src="IMAGE URL HERE">

No problem. shifty.gif

Well first off where did you save them? You have to go to the place you saved them in and right click on them and select 'Extract All...' and box will pop up (it's titled Extraction Wizard) click NEXT and on the top will say 'Select a folder to extract files to' and under that it will say 'Files will be extracted to this directory' in the blank they left there for you, put this C:\WINDOWS\Fonts and it will extract them into there for you. Then you`re done, and you can use them on Paint Shop Pro 9.

AHH!! this is so messed up!

Ok, I did exactly what you said, but it said I needed a password. Is there a universal password for these fonts?

THANKS!!

I`ve come across that problem too. I don`t think there`s a universal password, but try PM'n the person who made the font.

Go download some fonts and just change the original font name in the CSS and replace it with the new one, but if some people don't got the font all they're going to see is, arial or something. So choose wisely and choose something that's kind of popular like Scripttina, but it depends on what type of skin your editting.

She already downloaded the font. All she needs to do is to get it on PSP. mellow.gif

Where'd you dowload it? You shouldn't be asked for a password unless it's a private site offering fonts, dafont.com doesn't have a password on their 'free' fonts.

You don't need a password. mellow.gif As long as the fonts are installed into your computer, they should automatically be in PSP (actually in any program that you can edit text).
