accusations, any advice? |

at my school this week 4 of my close guy friends were accused of sexual harassment. its not true and the girl who accused them can't really prove. and there are so many more of us than her to defend the 4 guys. so, this girl claims that these 4 guys pulled her pants down and harassed her at a party 2 weeks ago. i was at this party and was with 3 of those 4 guys the whole time. and the other was playing video games. still she insists they harassed her. the issue won't be resolved for a while and theres a huge chance that the 4 guys won't get into link crew (a grade 8 buddy program for gr 12s) because of this accusation!
has this ever happened to you/your friends? any advice on resolving it quickly would also be much appreciated :) |

Um, yeah, my friend was mad at this guy, so, she told the prinicipal that he grabbed her, when, he didn't, because the "supposed" moring before school that he was supposed to do this, she slept in. Yeah, she was dumb about that one

umm no not that i can think aobut a time that this girl called her bf hairy adn he got pissed and she was all like "no no i never said tat" and then i was arguing with her and she was liek "maybe i did call him hairy. so what!" maybe she should trck her into like sating tht she was lying

i've never been accused of something; nor have my friends. but i guess; to solve this quickly; is to gather witnesses that the guys and the girl dont know. that way they cant take sides and just state what they know.

It seems to me that the only thing you can do is get witnesses that can prove her wrong. Sorry if that's not much help =/

like someone said, get witnesses(sp?) and prove that the 4 boys didnt.. |

Realize that YOU'RE a witness. Try to find proof--find the people from the party and have them as witnesses.
And plus, she doesn't have much proof anyway (as you've stated), especially since it was two weeks ago. |

yeah i hate it when people accuse and they don't even know the truth yeah this happened to me before but in a different situation.
