i was wondering if there was something out there to help me make a freewebs layout .. something simple and not that hard ...

Umm..well they have an "Advanced" mode for making layouts, which is for people who already know HTML, CSS, etc. They have a few templates there you can choose from if you are in the "Beginners" mode. It's easier in beginners mode if you're just starting out, because you don't have to code as much. PS and PSP are also good programs you might want to get or use the free trial of, if you're interested in making your own layouts.
