alright, so there's this guy that asked me to prom and hes adorable, he's sweet and funny (and even stutters when he's nervous! aww) so here's the thing: i like him and my friends all think that he likes me (you kno those sudden glances, consatnt smiling and the need to sit next to each other) and so he's shy. i suppose he may be waiting for me to make the first move, or mayeb he will, but how do you start sumthin like that? how would you go about making the first moves (ie: the hand holding, touch-y feelings, hugging, and the...ahem...kiss) ??? help!
ALSO: he's not a big talker. ne ideas of how to break the ice during awkward moments? thanx a bundle! |

just make sure you dont do all the talking. if you do all the talking then he'll feel that what he has to say is of minor importance. ask him questions so he'll talk.

talk to him about a show, and from there you'll find it easier. find a show where something funny happened to you and ask him about it.
ask him about himself. about the making moves. if he's shy, sorry but your just gon` have to be bold and make the first move, try to just lean on his shoulder and look up at him, and while hes looking down at you kiss him lightly on the corner of his mouth or cheek, and see how he reacts. if he asked you to prom i think he likes you. |

Laugh off the awkward moments. Make it a big joke. Talk about movies or tv. Jsut find out what he likes. But dont dig. Try not to make him uncomfortable. and try not to go on long stories and stuff, cuz he may feel overwhelmed. So yeah, just relax. If he likes you and u like him, things will happen naturally.

someone has to make the first move eventually.. if u really like this guy then go for it.. well it doesn't matter who makes the first move nowadays.. maybe he'll really appreciate it in the end. worth trying.
