Element. Obviously, Element.

Their fibre boards are amazing, but they are expensive. I have a Black Label board, but I don't thrash it so much.

There is no best, that's a STUPID question that I hate hearing. Just experiment, everyone finds their preferences. Lot of it depends on your height, foot size, etc. Boards that a majority of people tend to go for are Element, Girl, Zero. Elements are pretty good, double fired, but a lot of Elements have a shorter than normal tail. Fiberlights and Featherlights by Element suck, they're made with part fiberglass and that causes air pockets inside your board which in the end breaks it faster. Trucks, and wheels, again up to you. Some popular choices for trucks, Ventures, Independents(wouldn't recommend unless you're going to be riding a 8" wide board with 8" axle trucks), Royals, Tensors, Grind Kings. Wheels really depend on where you'll be skating most. Bearings, some great bearings for their price are Bones China REDS, they're like $15-20 depending where you are. As for risers, try skating with em and without em, see which you're more comfortable with.

It really depends on how you skate.... alot of different people like different boards. I personaly like elements fiberglass boards their so light. As for trucks right now I have a set of tensor lows and thoes so called rubber things a.k.a. risers try without them first and then try them if you really need 'em. Wheels go with what ever you will be skating on the most so i cant help ya. Uh some good bearings are bones reads or swiss swiss blacks are expenisive tho bones are cheep and good.
