Who else LOVES this movie! God, I used to be obsessed with it. I must have watched it 10 times one summer. It is such an amazing movie. It is a comedy, romantic, action movie <3<3 And the boys in it are mighty fine. Not to mention Liv Tyler is gorgeous. It also has a kick ass soundtrack. I recommend if for some reason you have NOT seen this movie, go and get it...NOW.

Oh no Rachel your not the only one. I love it. I am the only one of my friends that has seen the movie.I'm actually trying to buy it on ebay. I wonder if I can find the soundtrack on ebay for a good price...but for anyone who hasnt seen it, do so, its REALLY good

ahhh i think ive seen it. hopefully im thinking of the right movie, but my brotehr was watching it so i just sat down and did too. it was a good movie also

ooh! i know this movie. it use to show on VH1 so many times for that 'movies that rock' thing... i've never really gotten around to watching it fully. the only parts i've seen is when liv tyler's friend calls her a whore or something like that and liv tyler and some guy are eating outside someplace.

 Who else loves this movie? It came out years ago, but it just started playing on HBO again. Just for those who don't know. Empire Records Basic Plot: The employees of an independent music store learn about each other as they try anything to stop the store being absorbed by a large chain. Stars: Anthony LaPaglia, Liv Tyler, Reese Witherspoon, Maxwell Caulfield and Debi Mazar. Viewer's Comment: For me, Empire Records is a very conflicting movie. On the one hand, it's hysterically funny. On the other hand, it attempts to make great revelations about America's youth. Somehow, though, it all works! Sure, there are some "sappy" predictable parts that you're not sure whether to laugh or cry at, but the timing of these scenes is fantastic. One thing that really struck me about this film is the amazing use of music. Certain songs can be heard repeatedly throughout the movie which really help to distinguish parallel story lines. All in all, I think it's great. Bleh. Go see it. It's an awesome movie. May I add, with a killer soundtrack. =] |

yesyesyes!! i watched it in 7th or 8th grade non stop. i hvnt seen it in a while but it is my favorite movie of all time.. such good memories with that movie....ahhh its such a random movie at times wich is even better.
