I have seen banners with words outlined.. I am wondering how to do that blink.gif I am so lost right now.

i have photoshop cs .. example on your banner. with the black words with the white outline. i want to do something like that

On the blending options of the Text layer, click on stroke and choose your settings.

Type the words you want, then in the layers palette, right click and that will open up blending options. From the menu on the left, choose Stroke, and then customize it to whatever settings you want.
