You could download WindowBlinds or get a crack for the Uxtheme.dll... download WindowBlinds here: Click. I recommend it for people who havn't expirimented with this before. You can download many themes here after you install WindowBlinds here: Click.

www.themexp.org

you need programs like StyleXP for a lot of the stuff there though.

Alright then. You should be able to do this by downloading WindowBlinds: Click. They have plenty of themes for download here: Click, including light blue ones. One that comes with the program is sort of light blue, which you may like, it's called DogMaX.

windowsblinds uses lots of memory.

something like style XP works better,as it's zero footprint.

however; it should be possible to do this without any pay for programs; as each thing is only an image, and should be able to be changed...

well, there's a nag screen.

just downloaded it, and yes it does run off an application, and does use some memory, just not a lot.

EDIT:

windows blinds is causing system instability. it's cause explorer errors twice. and it's freezing my objectdock. not all themes are good either...

hmm... isn't XP inherently skinnable? i can't find any XP 'skins' (like blue, olive, silver) online. all those i find need an aux. program.

i think if you make a tutorial or an explination on skinning it might warrent a new thread.
