OK so im trying to blend stuff now, but i dont quite get it... i went on the 'easy' one and it didnt look blended... and the i went on this one and when i got to the gradients, i got stuck... the image didnt dissapear, all i got was a gradient... i mean like i made the gradient to the right, nothing dissapeared, all i got was a black and white picture.... im confused! anyone wanna help?

Choose your images and place one on top of the other and make them overlap.
 Select your first layer, that should be overlapping with the second one, and click on the little rectangle that has a circle in it in the bottom.  Click the gradient tool and make sure the colours are black and white.  Drag the gradient and it'll begin to blend.  ^^ So far what I got in a couple of seconds.  Hope this helps you out. |

oo thnx! lol i didnt know about the layer mask thing... i kinda skimmed through it haha... this can b closed now...
