it's slang for hymen, it's that loose piece of skin that breaks off when you lose your virginity...not all people are born with it and some people can lose it before they lose their virginity

so if you're "popped your cherry" you've either lost your virginity or you got fingered for the first time

1. Cherry
a widely used, somewhat impolite, slang term for a woman's hymen, a piece of skin which covers the opening of the vagina and, contrary to popular belief, can be broken in any number of ways including sexual intercourse, tampon use, and vigorous exercise. It's presence, or lack thereof, was at one time used to prove or disprove a woman's virginity, but we now know that this is an archaic idea, as it can be broken in several ways, and many women are in fact born without one.

yes, the cherry is a peice of skin inside the vagina. so when u have sex, the penis enters and breaks the skin, thus "popped the cherry." you can also lose it when you go horseback riding or something when you werel ittlle or something.

it's a slang term for hymen, which I don't really need to tell you cause of all the ppl above just said exactly the same thing, lol, so bassically this post is virtually worthless rolleyes.gif

but I just wanted to tell you that I've always wondered wether I broke my hymen the first few times i put in a tampon, because I know one time I put it in it was quite painful so I took it out right away...who knows, maybe I broke my hymen, I don't know how to tell because I mean i was having my period so there was blood all over the place _unsure.gif hmmm

You could not be born with it and you can break it fairly easily, by even riding a bike. Some girls bleed some don't when they break it. But yeah the hymen is the cherry, know that she knows shouldn't the topic be closed? Just asking....
