I have it too!!!!!!!!!! But when I went to cancun, i was always in the salt water and it makes my back 90% better. my doctor even told me so, that salt water helps scrub and clean the oil and dirt off your back. but now, the acne is BACK :| im sad. maybe salt-baths? and the person who said "start washing your back".. wow that was immensely pathetic. you think we acne-baks have never thought about that?! dumb butt! gawd, you're no help to anyone, why even post when you have a sad answer?!?!?!?!

i had this problem too, but there really isn't all that you can do about it. try using a body cleanser that has salicylic acid in it to remove pore-clogging oil below the skin's surface [the Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash works great for me]

i hope this helped :)

Go tanning, itll get rid of some of it and the discoloration associated with it. At least it works for me, and then girls like emmaliev wont hate because of it.

make sure you wash your back with acne clearing solution AFTER you wash your hair, or else the hair soap can just clog your back pores again. make sure you wear clean airy shirts like cotton.

Yes, salt water is supposed to help. You can buy salt water in little jugs at stores, or you can make your own.

yep, it does.

i use proactiv on my face...and ive been starting to use it on my back because ive noticed that i have acne there. i always scrub my back a lot in the shower but that doesn't work. ill see if there are any results with the proactiv.
