That's a code to help you make your own xanga layout. If you just put it in like the way it is, it will show up as a default skin. All you have to do is edit the places where it requires you to edit. Read the tutorial, it will help.

You can always just use the one that CB provides.
 It's in the "Xanga Scripts" section.
