brushes, converting abr. to jbr.

in a tutorial to change abr. to jbr. it said to click properties and change the extension to jbr. i dont reall understand that .. where can i find .. ' the extension ' .. sorry . .i dont really know how to do this .. so does anybody know and easier way ? that i actually understand ?

the extension is the part of the file name after the dot. example: filename.abr, myfile.mp3, yourfile.jpg....basically, what the tutorial is telling u to do is to change .abr to .jbr...so just go open the file, right click it>rename and type the filename.jbr

oh i understand now .. but .. it still says the file is unsupported ..

I think for some brushes, you can't convert them.
