Help me, please! Options

So I've never had to ask for Xanga help before, but I'm having trouble with this new layout I'm trying. biblegrl1400 is my name on xanga so you can see my page. The picture on the top, that should be centered with a width of 750 poxels and the blog space underneath, with the blog and the left toolbars, should line up so that they are 750 pixels. The layout I had before this was fine and i can't figure out why this one is all messed up. I'll paste the code below this as well. Anyone that can hale, thank you sosososo much.

replace the # with your own number.. replace the margin left on how far u want your banner from the left and replace the margin top with how far u want it from the top..
