He meant the other six dwarves were feeling on Happy. He was uncomfortable so he left.

OK. There are 7 dwarves. One of the dwarves names is Happy. The other six dwarves were touching Happy in a nasty way. He was feeling uncomfortable, so he left. I cant be more detailed than that.
