Any good diet plans out there, i need to slim down like a lot!!

i need to slim down like all over mostly stomach and thighs and i need a girls advice cus no one else seems to be helping me.. obviously *looks at self*

First, please don't double post. You can't expect someone to answer in 2 minutes. Be patient.

Second, I suggest you use the SEARCH BUTTON. I believe there are millions of topics on diets.

Third, I suggest eating right and excersizing(sp? haha)

i think that the best diet you can get is the one assigned by your doctor since it fulfills your special needs.if want you want to lose are a few vanity pounds then just eat right and exercise.

yeah thanks for the advice but i mean tlike are their any diets that you ahve done and worked for you..? or are you just really really skinny.?

A great way to start is to not eat before you go to bed, you can lose weight so easily if you don't do that, I say don't eat 4 hours before sleeping
Also running works the thights and exercise, and the main important ingredient, self control and commitment, as soon you stop you'll gain and possibly more. Trust me I've been working on my weight, I lost 20 pounds, and as soon as I got lazy, I gained 30!

A good diet idea
Lower your carbs (atkins)
Don't constantly eat salads (it's actually bad for you after a while)
drink water instead of pop, and eat a carrot instead of a bag of chips, or an apple
The more natural the better when it comes to fruits and veggie.
Green tea I hear works good also

When exercising don't push yourself to the max, its bad just do enough, take an hour out of your day and after a week take 2 hours and so on.

The pounds won't fall off automatically give it a few trys, the more you stay to it, the easier it gets to shed the pounds. Hope I've helped!

yeah you helped.. but after like a month i didn't lose anything and iw as getting so mad and i just figured well i guess i'm not as fat as i could be and i let it go.. i'm gaing so much weight and i think its throwing me into depression cus i see my really skinny friends and i cant take how their like i'm so fat i'm so fat and i'm like you must thing i'm like a hippo.. cry.gif

Just don't eat that many fat (especially trans fat. I think Canada's banning it soon) food. Lately I have been doing that by substituting junk food with other foods.

For instance, I love crunchy food. So rather wandering towards the snacks section and eating something like chips, I eat cereal. At least their fat isn't as harmless.

But make sure that the healthy food you eat doesn't contain fat either. IE. I love salad but it does contain some fat. But hey, what can you do? Everything has some sort of sugar in it and salad is way healthier than a chocolate bar, eh?

Most of all, exercise!

yeah, somewhere around there.
-exercise, crunches work for me. just do some every night.

and have a good attitude, a bad attitude CAN affect your weight.,

that has to be a typo. you should only be eating around 2000 calories a day. if you want to lose weight, cut down on your portions + eat healthier and exercise to tone your stomach and thighs. check this page for exercises to target specific those specific areas.

to loose weight you need:
1) exercise
2) eat 3 meals a day and don't take as much to eat
3) exercise
4) drink water when your hungry
5) exercise
6) eat healthier foods
7) exercise
8) when your bored don't watch tv get outside & do something!
9) oh did i mention exercise? laugh.gif biggrin.gif

i hope i've helped. also doing situps will help loose stomach fat & running also helps too. i really don't think diets help without exercise.. althought i've never been on a diet because i don't need one.. so i wouldn't know. stubborn.gif

the first step is to be positive you you saying [*looks at self*] in your post is not helping you. eat healthy, get excercise (but dont over work yourself), dont skip meals. i feel like i'm going through the same thing as you, but i try to stay positive, because i feel like i enjoy life more when i'm happy, you know?
