i am fat (like 28 inches for waist size) which makes me to have lots of jeans don't fit me when i tried to buy new jeans. which most good-shaped girls are around 23-25 inches for waist size.

i am short (5 feet 2 inches) and i am 14 year old. even though my close friends are shorter than me, but i am shorter than the rest of the community. i hope i could be at least 5'5"

i loathe exercises and i only do exercises in PE class when i have to do it for a grade.
my stomach hurts after doing 20 crunches and i can't do even more than 5 sit-ups.

so is that a way i could get taller and slimmer w/o exercises?

i did have a diet and i don't eat much junk food at all. i eat fruits and vegetables often too, so...

i think i am too young for liposuction.
and i can't stop throwing up each time drinking milk, which is a good source of getting taller.

another question: does calcium pills make you taller?

PS i won't be a bulimic or anorexic! that's just stupid and wrong!

i am 14 5'2" and like a 26-27 waist size... you might not be fat because im not.. it's just the way i'm shaped... your still 14 like me and we are still going to grow another 1-3 inches, so don't worry too much about it. my exercise is going to dance class & gym too and that's really it... and just stay not eating junk food and you should be fine. don't worry so much. happy.gif

if you want to be slimmer then you must be willing to work at it. thats means exercising (no matter how much you don like it) and eating health. sure you could get liposuction but you will still have to do all these things

If you want to be taller/slimmer that much then you would do exercises.

Do a few crunches and sit-ups every night but don't carry on if your in pain. Gradually you'll be able to do more. huh.gif

Isn't this like a 'how to lose weight' topic? _unsure.gif

thanks for clarifying that.. really i haven't heard of any proven healthy way to lose weight without exercise.. except some dieting.. but even some say that cutting certain things out of your diet is hazardous. But I mean you can eat healthier and all that.. crunches aren't naturally easy for everyone, you have to work your way up. Maybe start with a few a day.. there's also workout videos designed for a specific area of your body (including abs) to guide you.

well, just run and stuff, running isn't so bad. my boyfriend is basically lactose intolerant too, he takes these calcium pills/tablets instead. don't worry, you're at an awkward stage, your body will slim out or fill out or whatnot soon.

Well, if you are so anti-exercise, just try standing/sitting up straight, with your shoulders back. You'd be surprised how good posture makes you look taller and thinner.
Also, if you can't drink milk, take calcium pills. That's what I do.

Well I'm sorry you hate excersize, but thats the only way.

Maybe it wouldn't hurt so much to do crunches, if you actually did more on your own time. You could build up your ab muscels, and 20 crunches wouldn't seem so hard.

And taller? Eat your vegetables.

well, if u want it THAT bad, then u'll have to exercise. I do at least 50-100 sit ups a day. first time i did it, i can only do like 18 sit ups -_-" then i gradually worked my way up to 50-100 sit ups. u'll get use to it =D

i'm 16 and 27 inches waist
and i'm 5'7''

you're juz 14, and you'll keep on growing. when you grow taller, you'll be slimmer (based on the ratio)

so don't worry!

but btw, you shouldn't be so lazy... mellow.gif
excercise is good for health and fitness

^They said they hate to exercise and they watch what they eat dumbass.

Darling, you are not fat. How much do you weigh? Wow, so what your hips are tad wide, I have seen wider. Stop focusing so much on what size you are and embrace it. You are only 14, give your body some time

^^ You're a guy. That's why. rolleyes.gif And probably a foot taller than her.

I agree with what Rachel said. You're still young, and going through puberty. You're going to gain some weight and go through some changes. Just give it time.

Yeah..height doesnt really have anything to do with your waist..I think if anything, the taller you are, the smaller your waist should be.

exercising is the only way.. unless you starve yourself or get surgery. just eat healthier & only eat 3 squares a day. it isn't good to keep snacking. and for the situps & crunches-- as you keep doing them they'll get easier and easier. before you know it you'll be doing a lot more than when you first started doing them.

just keep at it.. exercising isn't that bad! if you go running for a longer period of time you burn more carbohydrates. and exercise doesn't make you hungry.. it'll make you not really want to eat. and if you brush your teeth with minty toothpaste that also gets rid of your hunger urge.

hope i could help you out! _unsure.gif

EXERCISE MORE.. IF YOU REALLY WANNA STAY FIT.. YOU HAVE TO REALLY BE HARDWORKING.

ALTHOUGH THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE WHO ARE BORN REALLY THIN WHO DONT GET FAT EVEN IF THEY PIG OUT, USUALLY RUNS IN THEIR GENES.

.::NO PAIN, NO GAIN::. <- THAT'S MY MOTTO :D IM 5'5" AND 122 POUNDS.. I DONT THINK 28 INCHES FOR A WAISTLINE IS BAD.

ENJOY LIFE! LOVE URSELF AND BE HAPPY WITH WHAT U HVE

exercise. work up each day. like when you're at home do 5 sit ups one day, then the next do 10, then 15, etc.

if you don't want to do that, do somthing that you know you would enjoy doing. take a dancing class, play DDR.

and alway remember to eat healthy. a variety of veggies and fruits help and also dairy products. if you don't like eating vegetables as a whole, try those NAKED juice stuff. it looks and smells weird, but it tastes rather good. plus i has a lot of nutrients.
