Argh.

School dance last night...I danced with everyone, really, including my best friends, Taylor, Katye and Allison (best girl friends) and Sam. (guy friend). Well, found out that these two girls (totally not from our group of friends or anything, and not to be mean, but not all that attractive...fat and such) both like Sam. Since he's my friend I agreed that if they pulled him away (literally) for more than like a minute than I would go get him. I did. I didn't mind, either, becuase when he came back he was always a good dancer and would dance with me. One of the girls always was dancing with him and all the other girl did was wave. At the end of the dance, all was well, I THOUGHT everyone was happy and stuff, but then the one who only waved came up to me and was like "sorry" in this really bitchy tone. I was really surprised, too, because she's usually really nice. I told Sam, and he didn't seem to get it. So then I went home and everything and talked on AIM and told Katye that I thought Sam likes me, because I do think that. She said, well, DUH, he's liked you since 5th grade. Woah, total shock to me. I like him as a friend a lot, but it might take some work to like him more than that. Anyway, I don't want these girls to think that me and Sam are anything more than friends...but they obviously think I'm some huge whore now.

Sorry that it was so long...but if it makes sence, all help or advice or anything would be appreciated.

But, see, I kinda DO like him. A little. And I think I would, it''s just that i''ve never thought of him like that before. We have been friends since we were little kids.

^^

exactly. if you've only jus started having these feelings now that you've found out he likes you, its prob just b/c you feel good inside. which is not a good enough reason to date him. you will end up hurting him

*sigh*Just because a boy likes you, does not mean that you automatically have to have feeling for him. You are just excited because someone likes you. Wait awhile before you take any action.

like they've all said. if you never thought of him like that until you found out that he liked you then you most likely dont actually like him back. before you do anything make sure that you know how you feel so no one gets hurt.

why would they think that you're a whore? o.o
if you don't want them to think that u and sam have anything going on, then don't have anything going on.

i dont really understand your question. why would they think you're a whore and what does the girl saying "sorry" have anything to do with it?

They would call me a whore because they both like him, and the girl saying sorry had to do with it because she really likes him, and she doesn''t know that he doesn''t like her so she just thinks i''m stealing him away or whatever. Plus, she said it in the worst kinda way. Arhg.
