well if you dont like pills, i read somewhere that if you cut a lime in half and rub it on your forehead, the throbbing will go away. i think i did it once and i think it worked. swallowing pills isn't really that hard though. at all.

This might be late or something, but I strongly suggest a warm bath(you need to relax) and a sleep after that.

headaches are tricky. they could be nothing and they could be everything. if medicine and a good night sleep doesn't help, go to a doctor.

drink lots of water will help. Something do with less pump from your heart going through your brain when you don't have much fluid. (Mineral etc.) I learn this in biology.
