What does it mean when you have to have at least 50 posts to have a layout request? thanks

See in your profile how it says the number of posts? Well you have to bring it up to 50 in order make request. Make a reply 50 times that's all. It's not hard if you go around the forums. Trust me, there are so many of them! Be sure not to spam, which is any one word reply and anything that doesn't help the topic and is meaningless. =]
