okay so i have this picture which is 350x250 but when i put it as a header in my layout and it giganticized itself. go here to see what i mean. it's NOT MEANT TO BE THAT BIG! what have i done wrong?

it looks fine to be.. its not big its normal size
 what formatt u upload it as?? it should be jpeg. but it looks good to me?
