pardon me for the misspelled word(s)

i perfer steamed eggs because it's softer and tastier then grilled eggs.

edit

i'm confuse. Is it grilled eggs or fry eggs ?

i mean ... crack the eggs into the pot w/ liquid, not boiling the eggs w/ the shell.

Oh.............thats not called "grilling" an egg, its called "poaching" an egg.

Grilling kinda mades me think of like "bbq-ing" an egg..............or using one of those grillers to grill an egg like that machine thingy where you press down onto the meat of watever to get those lines on the meat! Lolz........duno why i explained it........... ermm.gif well yea, its poaching an egg, not grilling it!

Extract taken from website below:

"If you've tried to poach eggs in a vat of simmering water, you've seen the whites turn into balls of string and the yolks left to cook nearly alone. The eggs may have sunk or turned gray. It may disappoint you to learn that if you've poached eggs in little cups in simmering water in a pan on top of the stove, you actually haven't poached them all, but steamed them."

Is that what you meant??? ermm.gif

Fried eggs, I hate boiled eggs sick.gif

But I prefer eggs boiled in tea leaves, salt, or herbs. That's what Chinese do.

I LOVE THOSE!

The one with tea leaves = throb.gif

Fried eggs.. Well, I've never really had fried eggs before. mellow.gif
I think it's extremely unhealthy and unsuitable for a proper breakfast.

Yep. I like mine in salt. So I guess I'll say boiled. I LOVE them with soy sauce. ^_^
