can smbody help?
i'm now in the 9th grade but seems i'm flat-chested...  can't reli bear the sorrow when i enter those wacoal...triumph...bra shops and can't shop 4 anythg!! i thk my size is now about 30A or smth...omg...that's reli small right?! i can i "increase" that in size?! wt can i eat?! can anybody help pls? |

you can't really help what size your chest is.....everyone matures at a different age...there's always plastic surgery...

I just searched..I'm pretty positive there's another topic on this but nothing came up >.< I'll leave this open till I find it.
There's nothing you can eat to make your boobs looks bigger w/o you getting fatter. You just have to wait for puberty to hit. For finding your bra size, ask someone to messure you. They deal with that every day and they won't make you feel awkward. They can really help and find you a good bra. |

Sorry to say, you cannot make your breasts any bigger without getting fatter.
If you wanna pack on the pounds, there is a chance that your breasts will grow with it. At bra stores, ask an assistant for help. They do things like this all the time, so there is no need for you to be embarresed. There's padded bras and gel inserts that can make your breasts look bigger, so thats an option. Jay |

that's seems a little smaller than average, but don't worry, like Chloe said, you could be a late bloomer. There's these exercies that are supposed to help, but I doubt they actually work.

anybody who's everybody knows that push-ups (the exercize) make them more perkier. :D
and i heard that chicken makes men grow boobies... but i don't know if it goes the same way for chicks. be happy you don't have really huge boobs. they make you look fatter/bigger than you really are. |
