When I'm surfing the net, my internet connection is blazing fast. The problem is that when I scroll up and down with my mouse....the scrolling goes super slow and the screen flashes a couple of times....Does anyone know how I can fix this?

is your mouse normally slow? if it is, then you might need to clean your mouse or buy a new one.

It's not my mouse, I think it's the reaction time from the cmoputer to the mouse...

When I"m scrolling up, the screen kind of shifts...then reloads by like layering

^yea I tried that but thats only clicking.....

when I scroll down and I use the wheel on my mouse or the bar on the side, the scrolling is really choppy like it doesn't go in one smooth motion, it's like "go" "flash" "go" "stop"
