all right so at the top of my photo shop next to the title of my document it says [gray 8] and then like it's not letting me use any colors except black white and gray. it's probably super easy to fix, but i just don't get it!!
help is very much appreciated. :) |

Its the set of colors you are currently using. You can go back to the original pallet but I forgot how, hold up lemme check, I'll edit this.

well you probably opened it as a grayscale image. close it and make a new document. this time, be sure to choose mode as RGB.

File >> Color Settings >> RGB

it should work....hmm...>< or you could open a new document and on thee bottom it says GRAYSCALE...change that to RGB COLOR..
